Returns, Store Credit, and In Person Refunds

Return window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

No online returns

We do not accept returns by mail for change of mind, sizing, or preference. Returns are only accepted in person at our pop up shops or conventions, and only if the item is in the same condition you received it; unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Store credit for online orders

For online orders, we offer store credit only in eligible situations and only after you contact us by email. Store credit does not expire, but you must reach out to info@reefur.ca to request it.

Store credit:

  • does not expire,

  • is issued digitally after approval,

  • cannot be redeemed for cash.

Defects, wrong item, or damage in transit

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or exchange at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will provide store credit.


In person refunds and exchanges

Refunds are available only in person at our pop up shops or conventions for eligible returns. If approved in person, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or you may choose an exchange instead.

Items brought for return must be:

  • unworn and unused,

  • with tags attached,

  • in original packaging,

  • accompanied by proof of purchase.


Exceptions and final sale items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Dakis are final sale.
Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

Restocking

Returned items are not restocked.

International orders, duties, and taxes

Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.


EU 14-day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

Note: EU consumer rules can require refunds to the original payment method for qualifying cancellations. If you ship to the EU, you may need an EU-specific version of this section to stay compliant.
